Refund & Cancellation Policy for Gizmia

1. Made-to-Order Products All of our mobile covers and accessories are exclusively made-to-order. When you place an order, that specific design is printed onto the product just for you. Because we manufacture these items on demand and do not hold pre-printed inventory, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "incorrect phone model ordered." Please double-check your exact phone model before completing your checkout.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Replacements Only) We take quality seriously! If your product arrives misprinted, damaged in transit, or defective, we will happily offer a free replacement. Please note: We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items, only free replacements.

  • You do not need to physically ship the broken item back to us.

  • To claim your free replacement, please use the Contact Us page on our website within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our support team will reply to you to collect a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible. Once verified, a new product will be printed and shipped to you immediately.

3. Order Cancellations Because orders are sent to our printing facility quickly, you may only cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it. Once the 6-hour window has passed and the order has entered the printing process, we cannot cancel it or issue a refund.

4. Failed Deliveries (RTO) Since our orders are prepaid, we want to ensure your package reaches you! If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the customer was unavailable to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts:

  • We cannot offer a full refund for made-to-order items that bounce back.

  • The item will be safely held in our warehouse for a maximum of 30 days.

  • To have the item reshipped to a corrected address, the customer must pay a nominal courier reshipment fee of ₹70.

  • If the customer does not claim the item and pay the reshipment fee within the 30-day window, the item will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
